Safety & Loss Control Committee
The Safety & Loss Control Committee was established for the purpose of research, education, training and support purposes to directly reduce claims and improve safety for the benefit of all member districts.
During 2005, the Safety & Loss Control Committee continued to facilitate implementation of the Board approved risk control action plan, specifically targeting two areas within the Accountability Standards.
The VIPJPA established a Special Projects Fund to provide additional resources to member districts in order to facilitate compliance with unanticipated legislation and/or regulations.
